Over five unforgettable days, OSTE takes you on a hosted journey through Lake Garda, Verona and Valpolicella, blending culture, food, wine, and slow discovery into one seamless experience. Your adventure begins in Verona, the city of romance and timeless beauty. Settle into your boutique hotel in the historic centre and ease into Italian life with a relaxed lunch before exploring the city’s landmarks — from the ancient Roman Arena to Juliet’s legendary balcony and the lively piazzas that define its charm. The day ends with an aperitivo and a welcome dinner that capture the warm spirit of Veneto hospitality. The following morning is devoted to Verona’s flavours and craftsmanship. Start the day at Gli Ormesini, a historic coffee roastery, for an aromatic tasting before heading into the countryside. Visit a Grana Padano dairy, where you’ll learn the secrets behind this celebrated cheese, and continue to an olive oil producer for a rustic lunch surrounded by orchards and vineyards. In the late afternoon, transfer to Lazise, a charming lakeside town on Lake Garda. Enjoy a stroll along the promenade, a sunset aperitivo, and a restful night in your boutique hotel. On Day 3, the journey moves onto the water. Board a private boat to explore the serene beauty of Lake Garda, gliding between picturesque harbours, medieval villages, and hidden coves. Pause for a leisurely lunch by the lake and enjoy time to wander, swim, or simply soak in the scenery before returning to Lazise for a free evening. Day 4 is dedicated to the rolling vineyards of Valpolicella. Set out by e-bike through scenic hills and winding country roads, visiting both historic estates and boutique wineries. Taste the region’s most distinctive wines — Amarone, Ripasso, and Valpolicella Classico — and share a long, relaxed lunch among the vines before returning to Lazise in the late afternoon. The final day invites you to slow down and unwind. Spend the morning at the QC Terme Garda Spa, where thermal pools and panoramic gardens offer the perfect moment of calm. The journey concludes with a lakeside farewell lunch — a celebration of the flavours, friendships, and stories gathered along the way.
